MS HAS TO BE STOPPED. MAKE THIS THE YEAR OF PATIENT POWER!!!
Welcome to the MS Diagnosed Website. We are a group of people who either have MS or an interest in the disease. We come from all walks of life but share a common goal - to see the cause and cure of MS discovered. Only scientific research will lead us to that goal.

For the last several years researchers all over the globe have conducted studies which linked active herpesviruses with multiple sclerosis. This gives people with MS every reason to feel optimistic. That optimism would be increased if more funding was allocated to the viral research. Adequate funding would speed the research up and we the people with MS want to see the enigma of this strange disease solved. More research will determine just how herpesviruses contribute to the MS disease process and their interplay with genetics. That will lead to better treatments and eventually to a cure. After all that is what we all want. Everyone who develops MS asks 'why me?' and discovering the cause of MS will answer that question.
